The Lynx Technik greenMachine Multi Signal Bi-Directional Fiber Transport System is a cost-effective bidirectional transport solution that facilitates the efficient transport of video, audio, Ethernet, and GPI between two greenMachine Titan hardware devices. It is a versatile solution for applications that require the long-distance exchange of multiple signals over a single fiber link. A Master/Slave communication model is utilized between the two greenMachine Titan hardware devices, with one machine acting as the Master and the other as the Slave.

Six HD signals (1.485Gbit/s) or four 3G signals (2.97Gbit/s),One 12G Signal (12 Gbit/s) or a combination of singals up to 12Gbit/s, four external analog or digital audio signals, and four GPIs can be transported simultaneously through the fiber ports in both directions. The reference of one of the two greenMachines (also known as the Master) is transmitted to the other greenMachine (also known as the Slave) and can be used in a remote location, for instance, to synchronize cameras. A 1Gbit Ethernet transport link enables simple control of the two greenMachines through the greenGUI software.For signal transmission, two single-mode fiber cables (when used with transceiver SFPs) or one single-mode fiber cable must connect the two greenMachine Titans (when used with the optional Bidirectional SFP modules).

In addition to a graphical user interface, the greenMachine titan hardware includes a local control interface with an LCD that displays image previews and audio level meters of the processed video paths. Each greenMachine comes preloaded with all accessible constellations (configurations). This package contains the loaded and licensed "GMC-BiDi Transport" constellation. The video and audio will be watermarked until licensed. The same machine can be licensed for multiple constellations, and switching between configurations takes only a few seconds. If there are multiple greenMachines on the network, constellations can also be shared.
