Is DaVinci Resolve Studio a lifetime license?

As of February 12, 2025, DaVinci Resolve Studio comes with a lifetime license. You pay once and get every future upgrade for free—no monthly subscriptions, no annual fees.

Once you own a license, you can always update to the latest version at no extra cost. If you bought DaVinci Resolve Studio five years ago, you can still upgrade today without paying anything. Just keep your serial number or dongle to activate new versions.
